Workplace Campaign and Training Director
in Resource Development Department
Seeking a dynamic, results-oriented motivator to provide leadership in the
annual campaign by broadening and deepening relationships to raise
financial resources in support of the Agenda for Change. This position is
responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of
Resource Development volunteer recruitment, training, evaluation, and
succession planning to support and grow the annual campaign, as well
as inform, influence, and lead the execution of donor/volunteer
engagement activities. This position is also responsible for the
supervision and performance management of 4 staff and volunteer
performance .
Strong candidates will have a record of success in training, development
and staff supervision. Outstanding oral and written communication skills
that will motivate, inspire and educate staff and volunteers is a must
along with the demonstrated ability to create a network of relationships
with people of diverse backgrounds. Strong ability to plan and organize
with attention to detail and the ability to understand and utilize available
technologies a must. This profile would typically be met by a candidate
with a relevant Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of staff supervision,
training and development. Experience within a fundraising environment
