A look at the Home State Presidential Inaugural Ball
Since there were two states that could claim President Barack Obama as their own, the
celebrations of Hawaii and Illinois were combined into the Obama Home State Presidential
Inaugural Ball held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center the night of January 20 in
Washington, D.C. Judge Paul and Cora Higginbotham were honored to attend the event.
